The financial system here had long been out of date and a complete redesign was needed in order to be able to combine new processes and requirements and to continue to keep pace with the competition. ITVT Group, as a Microsoft partner from the very beginning and IT service provider for SaaS, was able to successfully advise here based on its own experience. Together, they decided on the ERP system from Microsoft Business Central.
Business Central is a technical management solution focused on the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. With extensive and flexibly configurable functions, Business Central supports the automation and optimization of (existing) business processes – including finance, production, sales, shipping, project management and services.
Together with ITVT, the customer was able to adapt its processes after extensive consultation and project support in such a way that the software solution now covers several areas of responsibility at the same time. This includes accounting and financial planning, as well as tax administration, credit management and investment valuation.
Fast implementation with your IT partner at your side
Thanks to detailed planning, Business Central’s customized finance module could be implemented quickly and was supplemented by Power BI tools such as dashboard creation. Due to the good cooperation, the additional implementation of a complete CRM system was immediately agreed upon.
To ensure that the company’s employees receive an optimal introduction to the functions, targeted training courses were already carried out during the ongoing project and ITVT Support supported them with questions.
Together with ITVT, the company was able to benefit in several ways and adapt its processes and systems profitably. After the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, the medium-sized company now has a modern system that sustainably increases the efficiency of processes.
