How Microsoft Dynamics 365 can improve customer service

Together with ITVT, a globally active company implemented this idea in a targeted manner. The market leader for technologies specifically in the field of sensors, optics and managed services needed an IT solution that would provide access to relevant data for authorized persons at any time, regardless of different time zones and locations, in order to optimally network its worldwide subsidiaries, including Germany.

Rapid implementation of Dynamics365 CRM for sales and customer service

The starting point for the talks was the outdated IT structure. The existing system could not be ideally linked and remained in silos, with no data accessible across departments. This resulted in cumbersome communication, which led to the famous bottle neck in many places.

The joint project therefore began with comprehensive consultation to clarify the framework conditions and requirements. A conscious decision was made here to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365. Due to the flexibly adaptable module structure, this form of gradual conversion to a central CRM system was particularly suitable for the customer. As a first step, the Sales and Customer Service modules were integrated here.

Thanks to the timely integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into the existing system, the global player was able to notice a noticeably improved communication among its employees after a short time.
